Nicolas at his best and to be honest I didnt think Joaquin Phoenix was a bad part of the film. He added some fun in what could of been a very very dark film. Granted "do we really want fun in a film about snuff" but I think every film should have some content that makes you crack a cheeky smile. Saw 8mm on video many moons ago and it is still one of my fav films! Nicolas at his best and to be honest I didnt think Joaquin Phoenix was a bad part of the film. Granted “do we really want fun in a film about snuff” but I think every film should have some content that makes you crack a cheeky smile.
