I don't usually like that sort of film, and it was a long time ago when I watched it, but I thought it was ok, it is violent and like you say, executed pretty well. Your description of Heathers intrigues me a lot, sounds like something I might be interested in… weird, hates everyone, killing spree, yep I'm interested.
