Minute44 - Dan Schonhaar

I was late getting into skateboarding. I only realised I really liked it around 1998 so by the time Hating Life was released in 1999 I was all over it. The video was a collection of UK skaters on various teams and was more a promo than a full-blown video production. Still, it featured some amazing sections from some UK skaters, such as Mark Baines, that are still killing it ten years later.

By far, though, the best section on the video has to be from little known British skater Mike Manzoori. So check out the video below… oh, and turn your speakers up too, The music is, as it happens, one of my favourite songs. Enjoy.
